About the Role: Case Entry Specialist
As a Case Entry Specialist, you’ll transcribe, organize, and manage sensitive medical information from electronic medical records (EMRs), while supporting internal teams and client communication. You’ll be working from home with equipment provided, helping keep vital healthcare operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Schedule & Pay
- Hourly Rate: $18.00/hr
- Schedule (EST): Sunday–Monday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM and Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Remote (U.S. only)
Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe and format information from EMRs accurately
- Monitor shared inboxes and dashboards
- Document and follow up on emails, calls, and tickets
- Upload and manage documents within CorroHealth systems
- Cross-train across teams and complete additional tasks as needed
- Ensure strict HIPAA/HITECH compliance
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Experience with EMRs and Salesforce is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple screens
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accurate typing skills
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable with remote communication
