Underdog is looking for passionate Customer Support Reps who thrive in a fast-paced, team-first environment and know how to turn every user interaction into a winning experience.
As a key player on our support squad, you’ll be the voice of Underdog—delivering top-tier live chat assistance, resolving technical issues, and helping sports fans get the most out of our platform. You’ll collaborate across departments, learn the ins and outs of our tech, and leave a lasting impression on every user.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer user questions via live chat—from account setup to gameplay and transactions
- Provide technical support for Web & Mobile app users
- Assist in user onboarding and ensure a smooth experience
- Work with other teams to quickly resolve issues
- Bring a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset every day
- Deliver honest, transparent, and upbeat communication with every interaction
Who You Are
- Flexible with weekday/weekend hours (this role includes shift work)
- Strong written communication skills
- Friendly, empathetic, and great at thinking on your feet
- Curious and excited to learn about our games, tools, and users
- Able to multitask effectively and handle fast-paced situations
- Team player who’s open to feedback and new ideas
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with Intercom or another ticketing system
- Knowledge of Fantasy Sports or Sports Betting
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer support or helpdesk role
