What You’ll Do

As a Payment Accuracy Specialist, you’ll support our healthcare clients by:

Identifying and solving payment errors and overpayments
Analyzing large datasets for trends, inconsistencies, and recovery opportunities
Using innovative tools and systems to validate claims
Responding to client inquiries with professionalism and clarity
Meeting team audit goals and quality standards

This is a key entry-level role with room to grow into advanced auditing, analytics, and leadership positions.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1+ year of relevant experience (e.g., healthcare billing, auditing, data analysis, or claims review)
Comfortable working with large data sets and multiple software systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Access experience a plus
Strong communication skills—written and verbal
A detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys both teamwork and independent problem-solving

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $21–$24/hr (based on experience and location)
