About the Role

As a Patient Experience Associate, you’ll be the voice of reassurance to patients across the country. Your job is to confirm delivery of medical services or equipment, help reschedule any issues, and ensure the patient’s experience was positive and stress-free.

You’ll also partner with internal teams to resolve any complications, track feedback, and maintain accurate documentation — all while delivering compassionate and helpful customer support.

Job Title: Patient Experience Associate
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. only)
Start Date: Monday, September 8, 2025
Starting Pay: $16.50/hour + monthly corporate performance bonuses
Training Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST
Post-Training Shift: Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to confirm medical services or equipment delivery
Answer inbound follow-up calls or escalations
Document interactions using internal systems (Intake98, SharePoint, Web Help Desk/CART)
Verify patient info in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
Help reschedule services and coordinate escalations
Meet performance goals for quality, attendance, and productivity

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
1+ year of customer service experience preferred (especially call center work)
Typing speed of 35+ WPM with intermediate PC and multitasking skills
Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications
Familiarity with search engines, email, and modern computer basics
