What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Call Center Rep, you’ll be the friendly voice helping members with account questions, processing basic transactions, handling online/mobile banking requests, and offering solutions that fit their needs. You’ll also make outbound welcome calls and assist with general service inquiries.
Pay: $31K–$53K/year (depending on location)
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of call center, teller, or retail experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with computers and CRM systems
- Patience, empathy, and professionalism are a must!

- Zone 1: $38,728 – $53,251
- Zone 2: $35,242 – $48,458
- Zone 3: $32,776 – $45,066
- Zone 4: $31,464 – $43,264
