Numotion, a leading mobility and rehab equipment provider with over 140 locations nationwide, is hiring a Remote Order Entry Specialist. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting a meaningful mission.
Job Summary:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for entering and managing equipment orders with precision. You’ll work closely with technicians and vendors to ensure every order is entered correctly and processed without delay.
Pay:
$18–$21 per hour (depending on experience, skills, and location)
What You’ll Do:

Accurately input order details based on technician instructions

Communicate with vendors and team members to resolve any issues

Monitor and double-check work for accuracy

Support order flow into the funding process

Provide excellent internal customer service

Handle tasks independently and as part of a team
What You Need:

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or QA
-
Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on repetitive tasks

Great communication and time management skills

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
